Go to portal.ibee.co.in/a/{account_id}/support/request/all or click My Requests on the Support Center page.

Requests can be filtered by Status, Priority, and Time Range.

MediumStandard issue, no immediate business impact
HighSignificant impact, needs prompt attention
UrgentCritical issue — service down or severely degraded

StatusMeaning
InprogressRequest received and being worked on
ResolvedIssue resolved
OverdueResponse or resolution is past the expected timeframe
Waiting for CustomerSupport team has responded — reply required within 48 hours or the request will be automatically closed
ClosedRequest has been closed
