Verify Your Identity | ibee

Identity verification (KYC) is done at the user level — once you verify your identity, all your organizations are unlocked. Only identity verification is required; no business or GST verification is needed. The process takes about two to three minutes.

You must complete identity verification to deploy servers, create API tokens, and access all IBEE Solutions services.

Before you begin

A signed-in IBEE Solutions account (Sign up if you haven’t already)
India: your 12-digit Aadhaar number and a mobile number linked to Aadhaar (for OTP)
International: a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or national ID) and a device with a camera for a selfie

Verification methods

IBEE detects your country automatically and marks the suggested method as Detected. Select the other method if the detection is wrong.

1. Start verification

Navigate to portal.ibee.ai/verify. Click Start Verification.

A modal opens with two options:

International	Verify with government ID + selfie	ID scan + selfie (~3 minutes)

Select the option that matches your country of residence.

2a. Verify with Aadhaar (India)

The portal sends a verification request to your registered email or phone number.
Complete Aadhaar verification through Digilocker — authorize document sharing and enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
On success, the page shows KYC Complete! and redirects you to your organizations.

2b. Verify with Government ID (International)

Click Verify with ID.
Review the privacy notice and click Agree and continue.
Continue on your current device, or scan the QR code to use your phone’s camera.
Scan the front of your driver’s license, passport, or government-issued photo ID.
Take a selfie when prompted to confirm the ID belongs to you.
On success, the page shows KYC Complete! and redirects you to your organizations.

Once verified, your account has full access to all IBEE Solutions services across all your organizations, including VM deployment, GPU VMs, block storage, and API token creation.

Troubleshooting

Verification prompt not appearing Navigate directly to portal.ibee.ai/verify. If you are already verified, you are redirected to your organizations.

Wrong country detected The verification modal suggests a method based on your location. If the Detected badge is on the wrong option, select the other one.

DigiLocker not loading Ensure your browser allows redirects and pop-ups for portal.ibee.ai. Try a different browser if the issue persists.

Aadhaar number rejected Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number without spaces.

No document detected during ID scan (International) Position your government-issued photo ID flat and in good lighting. Choose Retake photo to try again.

Verification submitted but status not updated The portal polls for up to 60 seconds after submission. If your status does not update, refresh the page — verification may take a moment to propagate.
