Create an Organization
An organization is a billing and resource boundary in IBEE Solutions. Each organization has its own wallet, team members, and workspaces. You can create multiple organizations under a single login.
Before you begin
- A signed-in IBEE Solutions account (Sign up if you haven’t already)
- Your billing address (street, city, postal code, and country)
IBEE Solutions is available in 26 serving countries. Services are not offered in 46 restricted countries due to U.S. export-control regulations.
Country detection
When you open the organization creation form, the portal detects your country automatically using Cloudflare geo-detection. Three outcomes are possible:
Currency and tax assignment
Currency and tax type are set automatically based on your selected country:
Currency is locked to your country and cannot be changed in the form. If you need a different currency, click Request a change below the currency field to submit a currency change request with supporting documents.
1. Go to Organization Setup
First-time users: After logging in for the first time, you are taken directly to the organization setup page at portal.ibee.ai/setup.
Existing users: Open the organization switcher in the top navigation bar and click Create Organization, or go to the Organizations page and click + Create Organization.
3. Fill in Billing Address
The Country dropdown only lists the 26 serving countries. Selecting a country automatically sets the currency and tax type.
4. Tax Information and Create
Check I want tax invoice if you require GST or VAT invoices for this organization.
GST verification (India only)
If your country is India and organization type is Business, checking the tax invoice option shows a GSTIN field:
- Enter your 15-character GSTIN (auto-uppercased).
- Click Verify GST.
- The portal verifies the GSTIN against government records and shows a confirmation dialog with:
- Company name, GSTIN, status, registration date, business type, and taxpayer type
- Registered address from GST records
- Click Apply Details and Create Organization to auto-fill the business name and address from GST records and create the organization in one step.
If you request a tax invoice for an Indian business organization, you must verify your GSTIN before the Create Organization button is enabled.
When all required fields are complete, click Create Organization. You are taken to the new organization’s dashboard.
After creation
After creating your organization, a banner prompts you to verify your identity. Click Complete KYC to verify your identity. Full access to deploy servers and use all cloud services requires completed identity verification.
Troubleshooting
Create button is disabled Ensure all required fields are filled. If you checked “I want tax invoice” for an Indian business organization, verify your GSTIN first.
Country not in the dropdown Only the 26 serving countries appear in the dropdown. See the restricted countries page for the full list.
Red banner: “Services not available” You are in a restricted country. If you have a registered business in a supported country, select that country manually. Otherwise, contact sales.
Currency shows wrong value Currency is determined by your country: India uses INR, all others use USD. To request a different currency, click the Request a change link below the currency field.
GST verification failed Ensure you are entering a valid, active 15-character GSTIN. Inactive or cancelled GSTINs are rejected.
