Restricted Countries
IBEE Solutions complies with U.S. Department of Commerce and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) trade and export-control regulations. As a result, services are not available in certain countries and territories.
When you create an organization, the portal detects your location automatically. If you are in a restricted country, a banner explains that services are unavailable in your region.
Important Notice
Users located in restricted countries cannot create an IBEE Solutions organization or deploy resources. If your registered business is in a supported country, you can select that country manually during organization setup. For questions, contact sales@ibee.ai.

Why are these countries restricted?
IBEE Solutions is subject to U.S. trade and export-control laws, including regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). These laws restrict the provision of cloud computing and infrastructure services to individuals and entities in sanctioned or embargoed countries and territories.
