Provision a server

Configure and request a dedicated server from the portal. Bare metal provisioning is sales-assisted — after you submit the configuration, the IBEE team contacts you within 24 hours to complete provisioning.

Before you begin

  • A verified IBEE Solutions organization with billing set up (Add billing)
  • A hostname for the server — letters, digits, hyphens, and periods, up to 32 characters

Configure and request a server

Open the configurator

In the portal sidebar, click Bare Metal Servers under Products, then start a deployment. The Configure Bare Metal Server page opens.

Choose a location

Pick a site under the Asia region — Amaravati (VGA1) or Hyderabad (HYD2). Amsterdam (AMS1) is listed but not yet selectable.

Select a server

The Available Servers tab lists in-stock configurations with their specs and monthly price:

Select a row. The Customizable tab (build-to-order RAM and storage) is coming soon.

Choose an operating system

Pick an OS brand — Ubuntu, CentOS, Windows, AlmaLinux, Debian, or Rocky — then a version from the dropdown. Versions are marked Free or with a monthly price (e.g. Windows licenses).

Set the hostname

Enter a Hostname (e.g. my-baremetal-01). Use letters, digits, hyphens, and periods; up to 32 characters.

Submit the request

The sticky footer shows the running total — location, server, OS, and monthly price including taxes and add-ons. Click Deploy Now.

You’ll see the confirmation: “Request submitted! Our team will contact you within 24 hours to complete provisioning.”

Bare metal requests are fulfilled by the IBEE team rather than provisioned instantly. For instant self-service compute, use Cloud VMs.

Troubleshooting

Deploy Now is disabled Enter a hostname and select an operating system — both are required.

No servers available in this category The selected site has no stock for that filter. Try the other location, or click talk to sales for a custom configuration.

Billing needs attention Your organization’s billing state blocks new deployments. Add credits or settle outstanding invoices, then retry.
