1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines acceptable and prohibited use of IBEE services.
It applies to all users, including Customers, End users, and Organizations and teams.
2. General Principles
You must use IBEE services lawfully, responsibly, and without harming IBEE, other users, or third parties.
3. Responsibility
You are responsible for your account and usage, your users and team members, and your workloads and applications.
You must take reasonable steps to secure your infrastructure, monitor usage, and prevent misuse.
Prohibited Activities
4. Illegal Use
You may not violate laws or regulations, host or distribute illegal content, or engage in fraud or deception.
5. Security Violations
You must not attempt unauthorized access, perform vulnerability scanning without permission, launch DDoS or brute-force attacks, or distribute malware or exploits.
6. Infrastructure Abuse
You must not abuse free tier or credits, run workloads that degrade platform performance, or circumvent system limits.
7. Network Abuse
You must not generate excessive or harmful traffic, interfere with network stability, or conduct amplification or reflection attacks.
8. API Misuse
You must not abuse APIs with excessive requests, bypass rate limits, or reverse engineer services.
9. Content Violations
You must not host or distribute illegal content, child exploitation material (zero tolerance), hate speech, terrorism-related content, or copyright-infringing material.
10. Spam and Abuse
You must not send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, conduct phishing or impersonation, or abuse communication systems.
11. Misrepresentation
You must not impersonate another entity, provide false information, or mislead users or IBEE.
12. Circumvention
You must not bypass security mechanisms, evade billing systems, or avoid enforcement actions.
Monitoring and Enforcement
13. Monitoring
IBEE may monitor usage to detect abuse, maintain security, and ensure compliance.
14. Enforcement Actions
If you violate this AUP, IBEE may issue warnings, restrict or throttle services, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or report to authorities. In urgent cases, action may be taken without prior notice.
