Public API reference 0.5.0: Container Registry

The API reference adds Container Registry: 27 operations under /v1/container-registry for registries, storage plans, registry access tokens, repositories, images, vulnerability findings, SBOMs, and metrics. They need the new container-registry.read and container-registry.write scopes. See Use the API.
